Customer Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is always our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the service, please contact our customer service team and let us know. If we are unable to resolve any issues to your complete satisfaction, we will grant you additional time on your membership or allow you to transfer it to a person of your choice, subject to the following conditions.

We will issue a prorated refund for package purchases or membership balances under the terms of use of LATIN MAGIC AGENCY, provided that the situation involves unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.

Partial Refunds for Unused Time
We do not issue refunds for unused time. We will only process a refund for the unused portion of your membership if you have been unable to use our service due to a calamity or serious difficulty that prevents you from accessing our platform after subscribing.
